SPECIAL: Budget Maui Vow Renewal
Package — Only $525

Your Minister: In the Budget Vow Renewal Package you will receive the services of Rev. John Souter. You can choose any of his four ceremonies: The Christian, Spiritual, Legacy and Contemporary.

Your Wedding Photography: In the Budget Package John shoots all of the romantic Maui photography before, after and during your ceremony. He has the camera around his neck during the ceremony and takes a few photos of the two of you while he is officiating. After the ceremony, John will spend a lot of time working with you to create those intimate photographic images including your Maui sunset photography.

You will receive a total of 15 images on a CD Rom. These are high resolution images (shot at 18 megapixels) suitable for printing, enlarging and sharing with your family and friends. In this package, we select the best 15 images and provide them to you on a CD which you can usually take with you before you leave Hawaii.

Lei Exchange. You receive two fresh leis for a lei exchange during your ceremony.

No Onsite Coordination. It is important to emphasize that there will be no onsite coordinator present at your ceremony. John will bring the leis, souvenir certificate, and will perform the ceremony while he is also taking photos with his camera (around his neck) to document your vow renewal experience.

#1 The Ginger Maui Vow Renewal Package — $597

Your Minister: This entry level wedding package includes the services of our minister Rev. John Souter. He will blow the conch shell to begin your ceremony and you can choose any of his four vow renewal ceremonies: The Christian, Spiritual, Legacy and Contemporary.

Your Photography: will be shot by John and your on-site coordinator (during the ceremony). After the ceremony, John will spend a lot of time working with you to create the most romantic photographic images for your Maui photography.

You will also receive a total of 30 images on a CD Rom This package also includes 3 specially edited artistic images. These are high resolution images suitable for printing, enlarging and sharing with your family and friends. Your photography will also be put Online so that you can choose any other images that you want if you desire to upgrade the number of images you receive.

Lei Exchange. You will receive two fresh leis for a lei exchange during your ceremony.

Onsite Coordination. Our onsite coordinator will be present to bring leis, souvenir certificate, and two small bottles of water. She will shoot your photography during the ceremony, will help you sign the souvenir certificate, and will assist John in shooting your romantic photography.

#2 Plumeria Maui Vow Renewal Package — $797

Your Minister: In the Plumeria package you receive the services of Rev. John Souter. You can choose any of his four ceremonies: The Christian, Spiritual, Legacy and Contemporary. John will blow the conch shell to begin your ceremony and will also include the lei exchange within the ceremony.

Your Photography: John will shoot all of the romantic Maui photography of the two of you before and after your ceremony. He will spend a lot of time working to create those intimate photographic images including sunset photography.

The main difference between the Ginger and Plumeria Vow Renewal Packages is that you will receive a total of 40 images on a CD Rom This package also includes 4 specially edited artistic images. These are high resolution images (shot at 18 megapixels) suitable for printing, enlarging and sharing with your family and friends. Your photography will also be put Online so that you can choose any other images that you want if you desire to upgrade the number of images you receive.

Sparkling Apple Cider Toast. The Plumeria Package also includes a sparkling apple cider table presentation to enhance your celebration toast.

Lei Exchange. You will receive two fresh leis for a lei exchange during your ceremony.

Onsite Coordination. Our onsite coordinator will be present to bring leis, the souvenir certificate, the sparkling apple cider (ice bucket, table and table cloth) as well as two small bottles of water. #3 Passion Flower Vow Renewal Package — $1097

Your Minister. In the Passion Flower Package you receive the services of Rev. John Souter. You can choose any of his four vow renewal ceremonies: The Christian, Spiritual, Legacy and Contemporary. This package also includes 5 specially edited artistic images. Mini Slide/Video DVD. One big difference between the Plumeria and the Passion Flower Packages is that in #3 you will receive a five to six minute slide / video DVD that will edit 50 to 60 of your best wedding photographic images along with several live action video clips into a beautiful video creative romantic song.

Ultimately, stills capture a moment of romantic emotion, freezing it. When you place several of these emotional moments together with short video clips — all cut to the power of a romantic song — the result is a very powerful presentation. This DVD will be great for showing to your family and friends or for playing at any anniversary celebration when you return home.

#4 White Orchid Vow Renewal Package — $1497

Your Minister. In the White Orchid Vow Renewal Package you receive the services of Rev. John Souter. You can choose any of his four ceremonies: The Christian, Spiritual, Legacy and Contemporary.

Your Vow Renewal Photography: John will shoot all of the romantic Maui photography of the two of you before and after your ceremony, spending a lot of time creating those intimate photographic images to help you remember your special day.

The White Orchid Package upgrades the number of images you receive to a total of 60 images on a CD Rom. This package also includes 6 specially edited artistic images. Your photography will also be put Online so that you can choose any other images that you want if you desire to upgrade the number of images you receive.

Mini Slide/Video DVD. You also receive our Mini DVD in the White Orchid Package. This five to six minute slide / video DVD cuts 50 to 60 of your best photographic images along with several live action video clips into a beautiful video creatively edited to a romantic song.

Sparkling Apple Cider Toast. This package includes a sparkling apple cider table presentation to enhance your wedding toast.

Flowers in Your Package. The White Orchid Package includes two fresh flower leis (your choice of pastel or vibrant), a small hand-tied bouquet (either a tropical arrangement or roses).

Wedding Cake Presentation. This package includes a six inch white wedding cake with your choice of tasty flavors, artfully presented on a larger table with a white lace tablecloth. The freshly baked cake will be the centerpiece of your celebration after the ceremony.

Onsite Coordination. Our onsite coordinator will be present to bring two leis, the bride's bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, souvenir certificate, the sparkling apple cider (ice bucket, larger table, glasses, cake, serving knives, and table cloth), as well as two small bottles of water. Your coordinator will shoot your photography and a few video clips during the ceremony, will help you sign the souvenir certificate, and will assist John in shooting your romantic images.

Our Maui Vow Renewal Package Terms

We've designed Affordable Maui Vow Renewals to offer simple weddings for small parties. Our aim is not to perform complicated custom vow renewals or weddings. Just simple and intimate — inexpensive, but also romantic celebrations. Therefore, Affordable Maui Weddings does not perform custom vow renewals (at these prices).

No Subtractions from the Packages. When you select one of our Maui Vow Renewal Packages, you can't take anything out of it. But you can add any service you want found on this website into what you order. We suggest that you select the smallest package that has everything you want and then add in anything else you want from the Ala Carte services.

Packages are for Two People. Yes, we'll let you add people to your wedding party, but for each person who comes extra there will be a charge (again, see the Ala Carte page for those fees). The State requires us to give an exact count of those present at each Maui beach wedding and we've found that larger numbers of people create a lot more work for us.

All Payments are Non-refundable. Because we are working on such a small margin, we do not offer refunds on Affordable Maui Weddings or Vow Renewals, if you cancel or decide not to come to Maui. We will however move your reservation to another date (for no extra charge) if you cannot come as scheduled.

Exclusivity of Being Your Wedding Planner. Because our prices are low, we ask that our couples not book any services through competing vendors when you could use us. This means that you agree when booking us that you will not book a limo or purchase your own bouquet or contract with any other vendor when you use our Affordable Maui Weddings service.
