Your Romantic Wedding Can Become a Reality with One of Our Maui Wedding Packages

To help make your Hawaii wedding less expensive, Affordable Maui Weddings has created five discounted Maui Wedding Packages. Take a look over the contents of each package so that you can find the one which suits your needs the best. We want to help you enjoy a stress-free, romantic Maui wedding!

NOTE: If you would like to add additional Maui wedding services to any of the packages, more services are available. This is your Hawaii wedding and we want you to have everything you desire. Just start with one of our Maui wedding package below which contains services you want and then you can add to that any other wedding services you desire.

These Maui Wedding Packages are designed for small wedding parties of 8 and under. For larger parties, please look at the Maui Wedding Size link for information and prices.

Our Affordable Maui Wedding Packages:

Budget Maui Wedding Package
Only $395

The Maui Wedding Budget Package is for couples who want a bare bones wedding. The package includes:

 

     Two leis for a lei exchange during the ceremony.

 

     Coordination of your Maui wedding license appointment, and help in selecting the location of your Maui wedding site. (NOTE: There is no onsite wedding coordination provided with this package. Your Maui wedding minister will bring the leis to the wedding site.)

     The services of our non-denominational Maui wedding minister, Rev. John Souter. Choose from any of the three wedding ceremonies by our non-denominational minister, Rev. John Souter. John's Christian, spiritual, or contemporary services are both touching and profound.

NOTE: This and all wedding package prices are only for our "default" Maui wedding minister Rev. John Souter. If you prefer to use another Hawaiian minister, there will be an additional charge of $50. The Budget Package cannot be added to. If you desire more services you either need to select one of our other packages or go ala carte.
 

The Aloha Package

The Aloha Wedding Package is our most popular Hawaii Wedding Package. It is simple but very adequate for couples seeking a truly romantic Maui weddings in paradise.

     Coordination of your Maui wedding license appointment, and help in selecting the location of your Maui wedding site. You will also receive wedding coordination at your wedding location with one of our wedding coordinators who have been trained to take pictures during the ceremony.

     The services of our non-denominational Maui wedding minister, Rev. John Souter. Choose from any of his three wedding ceremonies (the Christian, Spiritual, or Contemporary Ceremonies). One of them will probably be just right for the two of you.

     You receive a complete Maui photography package of 30 digital 4x6" photos presented to you online for your selection of the prints you want. You will be able to treasure and share your Maui wedding forever with your beautiful, enchanting photos. Because we shoot digital, a CD Rom and extra photos can also be purchased if desired.

     Enjoy a sparkling apple cider toast presentation at your wedding site.  Celebrate the magic of your union with this toast presented on a small table with a white lace tablecloth.

     You will receive both on and off-site wedding coordination. With our attention to detail, you can simply relax and focus upon each other, savoring your magical Maui wedding!

     You also receive a full-color souvenir wedding certificate.

 

The Mahalo Package
Only $1597

In addition to the features of the Aloha Package, this Maui Wedding Package includes a lot more exciting services:

     The photography is upgraded to include 48 digital 4x6" photos in an album as well as one 8x10" enlargement.  You and your family will treasure your dramatic images for generations to come.

     The bride receives a gorgeous, fresh hand tied bouquet, her choice of pastel or vibrant colors. These exotic Hawaiian flowers will add a fragrant, romantic atmosphere to your Maui wedding ceremony.

     You will receive a beautiful, 6" wedding cake with your choice of tasty flavors, artfully presented on a larger table with a white lace tablecloth. This freshly baked cake (by our excellent baker), will be a centerpiece for your celebration after the wedding.

     Enjoy your sparkling apple cider toast with your own engraved flutes with your names, your Maui wedding date and the words "Maui, Hawaii" inscribed on them. You will take home these personalized glasses as reminders of your special day.

     Our bride's hair and make-up specialist will come right to your room to get you ready on your wedding day. This is one of the favorite services of our brides. You'll enjoy watching your beloved's happy reaction when he sees your happy and beautiful image created by one of our world-class beauticians.

The Ohana Package
Only $2597

This Maui Wedding Package, which we call the Ohana Package, features everything in the previous packages but is also upgraded to include:

     Your digital Maui wedding photography will be upgraded to include two 8x10" enlargements and 60 images. Because your photographic images will be put online, you and your family and friends will be able to go view them on the Internet and purchase any additional images or enlargements that they desire. Give the gift of sharing your images with your loved ones with dazzling sunset portraits.

     Your bride's bouquet is upgraded to a medium cascade.  Awe your groom and all your guests with these gorgeous flowers crafted specifically to complement your wedding day beauty!

     During the ceremony, a solo Hawaiian musician will play at your wedding.  You can choose from a wide variety of musicians, from harpists to guitar players to flutists, and we will bring in your musician to add the magic of the moment as one of Maui's most talented musicians serenades the two of you during your romantic wedding.

     Our Maui videographer will shoot your entire wedding as well as romantic scenes after the wedding, usually right up to sunset. You will receive a fully edited DVD of the romantic footage taken of the two of you after the wedding.  Relive the ceremony and your paradise wedding memories for the rest of your lives!

The Kula Package

This Maui Wedding Package, which we call our Kula Package (Kula means gold in Hawaiian) is for couples who want the ultimate wedding experience. The package includes everything from the previous Wedding Packages with a few great additions!

      Your photography is upgraded to include 72 digital photographs and three enlargements.  Celebrate your Maui wedding story with these breathtaking, enhanced photos!

      Your wedding video will be upgraded to include three DVD's and you can give your videographer photographs of your early lives and/or your romantic pre-wedding photos the two of you have taken. Nothing captures the emotions of your wedding like an artfully edited romantic wedding video. You will be able to share with your family and friends all of the joys of your Maui wedding day, just like it happened!

      Your bride's bouquet is upgraded to a deluxe cascading flower presentation. Imagine holding an extravagant, fresh bouquet fit for a princess as the two of you tie the knot in paradise!

      Also included are four hours of first-class limousine service to take the two of you from your accommodations to the wedding location. You'll feel like a movie star as you arrive to your Maui wedding site in luxury!

Affordable Maui Weddings specializes in small to medium sized weddings. The prices and packages listed above are for couples who are coming with eight or fewer total people.
