Why "On Site" Coordination is So Important There is a difference between "on site" and "off site" coordination which you should know about. Every Maui wedding company does "off site" coordinating. That means they put together the details of the wedding by booking vendors (ministers, photographers, musicians, etc.), establishing the time and place of the wedding, and scheduling for all of the wedding vendors and flowers to arrive as promised. This is done from the office on the phone or through email. But a few companies do not provide any (or very limited) "on site" coordination. In other words, no coordinator shows up at the Maui beach wedding to make certain that everything happens as its supposed to. The photographer or the minister brings the flowers and hopefully everyone is informed which other vendors are working with the couple so they can "pull it together" on the beach.
