Step 1: Decide What You Want

Look over our website. You want to get a feel for us and what we have to offer. We've tried to include enough information on our website so that you will feel like you know us before you call.

Think about what services you want for your Maui wedding. Start with our Maui Wedding Packages. Also, take a look at our Maui Wedding Services page to see if there is anything you want to add to the package that is right for you.

Step 2: Decide When You Want to Marry

If you can, give yourself a wider range of dates. As a general rule we suggest avoiding getting married on weekends because the beaches are always more crowded with locals. Remember, we can help you pick the best time and place for your beach wedding.

Step 3: Book Your Wedding Time & Day

Because our schedule tends to fill up fast, don't wait too long and miss the date you really want for your wedding. Do you want a morning, afternoon or sunset wedding? To book your wedding or vow renewal date and place it on our schedule, you can call and give us your credit card to cover the $200 deposit (plus tax).

Your deposit is NOT an additional fee; it will be taken off the total price of your wedding package. Keep in mind that all deposits are non-refundable, so be certain you are coming to Maui for your wedding before booking. Remember we perform only one sunset wedding each day, so it's important to nail down your date early to avoid disappointment.

Step 4: Determine Your Package & Services

After you have booked, you should nail down which of our Maui wedding packages you want. At the same time, if you can, let us know any other wedding services you want to add to your package. Make all of your wedding service choices 45 days before your Maui wedding or vow renewal so that we can get everything ordered.

Step 5: Pay Off Your Maui Wedding Balance

About thirty days before your wedding we'll send you an itemized list of all the charges for your upcoming wedding. At that point we ask that you authorize us to charge your credit card for the balance so that your wedding will go forward without a hitch. If you have any changes to make, this is the time to do it. After you authorize the final payment you'll be ready to focus on each other and getting to Hawaii.
